As a budget-conscious traveler and a busy working professional from the bustling city of New York, I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Goldcrest Hotel in London. the location of the hotel was convenient, with a bus stop right in front and a Tesco across the road for any grocery needs. the room, although on the top floor, was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, equipped with a double bed and a coffee machine with complimentary pods. Despite the convenient location and cozy room, I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and maintenance during my stay. the room was not properly cleaned upon our arrival, and the owner's unpleasant odor was off-putting. the bedding had stains and gum, the sink was blocked with hair, and the toilet was dirty. the door was difficult to open and even came off its hinges, trapping us inside for a stressful two hours. My experience at the Goldcrest Hotel was not a pleasant one.
